AGM INFORMATION

Central Charlestown Leagues Club Ltd is committed to transparent governance and keeping our Members informed about the Club’s operations, financial performance and future direction.

Our Annual General Meeting provides Members with an opportunity to review the Club’s performance, hear reports from the Board and participate in the governance of Central Leagues Club.

2026 AGM Meeting Outcomes

The Club’s Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday, 18 October 2026.

At the meeting:

• The proposed new Club Constitution was passed by Members.
• A new Executive was elected from the existing Board of Directors.

The Club thanks its Members for their participation and ongoing support.

Next Annual General Meeting

The next Annual General Meeting is expected to be held in October 2027. This will be a voting year, with further information regarding the meeting and election process to be provided closer to the date.
